What Should I Do If I Forget My School Email Password?

To maintain ongoing communication with Yuan Ze University alumni, your email account remains active after graduation. If you need to reset or change your email password but are unable to visit the campus in person, please call 03-4638800 ext. 2321 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30) for identity verification. If verified successfully, the Information Services Office will assist you in resetting your password, which will take effect the following day.

 

POP3 and SMTP Server Settings

  • POP3: pop3.yzu.edu.tw
  • SMTP: smtp.yzu.edu.tw

 

Sending Limit
Please note that the total size of each email (including content and attachments) must not exceed 4MB. Emails exceeding this limit will not be delivered.

 

Important Notes

  • Account format: s + student ID
  • Email domain: @mail.yzu.edu.tw
  • If you use Outlook Express, please check "My server requires authentication" under the outgoing mail server settings.
  • First-time users (new students) must log into the personal Portal to change their initial password.
