Application Fee Payment Guide

Application Fee:NT$1,000

*Applications for which the application fee has not been paid will be regarded as incomplete and will not be processed.

*Please allow approximately 24 hours before making the payment.
The payment option is not generated immediately after application submission. Due to application processing, banking operations, and time-zone differences, please allow approximately 24 hours for the payment information to become available.

STEP 1 | Log in to YZU Apply and open your submitted application. Then, select Tasks from the menu.

STEP 2 | Open the Payment Receipt Task.

STEP 3 | Go to the Bank’s Payment Platform.
*Carefully read the payment information provided under the Payment Receipt task and follow the instructions shown there.
*Click:Payment Website →You will be redirected to Yuanta Bank’s payment platform.

STEP 4| Log in to the Bank’s Payment System
*On the bank’s payment page, type“元智大學” in the search box at the top.
*Return to the Payment Receipt task in YZU Apply and enter the required login information exactly as instructed into the corresponding fields on the bank’s payment page.
*Enter your username and verification Code (YYYYMMDD).

Unable to log in?
If your information is correct but you are still unable to log in, your payment record may still be processing by the bank. Please wait and try again later. There is no need to submit another application.

STEP 5| Check Your Payment Slip
*After successfully logging in to the Yuanta Bank payment platform, select:Payment Slip
*Confirm that your NT$1,000 application fee payment slip is available.

STEP 6| Pay by Credit Card
*On the Payment Slip page, confirm:Amount: NT$1,000
*If the information is correct, click:Pay Now, and follow the instructions to complete the payment by credit card.

Payment Method:
Credit card payment only. Bank transfers and cash payments are not accepted. You may use your own credit card or a card belonging to a parent or family member. Please make sure that the card is enabled for international online transactions.

***Troubleshooting***
If it has been less than 24 hours since you submitted your application, please allow additional time for the payment information to be generated.

If, after 24 hours, the Payment Receipt task is still unavailable, you are still unable to log in to the bank’s system with the correct information, or your Payment Slip has not been generated, please contact us and attach updated screenshots of YZU Apply and/or the bank’s payment system so that we can assist you.

Share the Moon, Share the Culture

The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of Taiwan's most treasured traditional celebrations. It represents reunion, gratitude, and the joy of gathering with family and friends. We warmly invite all international students and international faculty/staff members to join us for a small cultural challenge and receive a festive mooncake while learning more about this meaningful holiday.

Event Information

📅 Date: September 23, 2026
 📍 Venue: Global Lounge, 1F, Building 7
 🕦 Time: 11:30 AM–1:30 PM or while supplies last
 🎁 Quantity: Limited to 200 sets
 📝 Registration: Not required
 👥 Eligibility: Current international students and international faculty/staff of YZU

 ✅ You may try multiple times.
 ✅ Each participant may receive one mooncake only.
 ✅ If you answer incorrectly three consecutive times and others are waiting, please allow the next participant to take a turn before trying again.

Applications are now being accepted for the Student Exchange Program for Semester 1152 (Spring 2027).

  • Application Deadlines

    • General deadline: September 22, 2026 (Tuesday), 12:00 PM
    • Some partner institutions require an earlier nomination deadline: September 11, 2026 (Friday), 12:00 PM
    • Please note that application deadlines vary by host institution. Be sure to check Column B of the exchange program list for universities marked "Early Nomination."
  • Process:
  1. Complete the online application: YZU Student Exchange Program Online Application for Semester 1152 (Spring 2027)
  2. Send your Necessary Documents to Global Affairs Office (R70208) by the deadline.

  1. Application form for exchange program- YZU Outgoing Exchange Allocation Wish List (Link)
  2. Transcript with Ranking (Chinese version)
  3. Transcript (English version)
  4. English Certificate of Proficiency within two years

Documents submitted after the due date will not be accepted.

  • School information
    • List of the partner schools (Please use a computer for better viewing, or rotate your phone to landscape mode.)
  • Dual Degree Program
    • List of Dual Degree Programs
    • The dual-degree /joint-degree program will invite partner schools to hold the info sessions in the future. Please await registration notifications.
  • Application Procedure (Link)
  • Please be reminded that,
    • Exchange Students would not need to pay to the partner schools but need to pay the total tuition fee for our school.
    • If you are funded by the scholarship (offered by YZU, MOE Taiwan, MOFA Taiwan, ICDF Taiwan, Elite Scholarship Program, …etc.) should not participate in exchange programs without giving up your scholarships at the semester. Scholarships for the semester you return to YZU will be determined based on your grade from the previous semesters, including the credits transferred from the semester abroad.
    • You must follow the academic office's schedule and pay your tuition fee on time or your eligibility for the exchange program will be canceled.
  • If there are any concerns from your side, please feel free to contact us.

The session on the Student Exchange Program for semester 1152 (Spring 2027) will be held on September 16, 2026 (Wednesday), from 12:20 to 14:00. Please await registration notifications.
