YZU sends the warmth of Mid-Autumn Festival to international students

As a way of caring for freshmen arriving in Taiwan for the first time and still missing their families and friends during the traditional Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival, Yuan Ze University's Global Affairs Office sent out 80 Mid-Autumn Festival gift bags on 9/14.

Xiao, who is from Malaysia and an honorary advisor of the Global Students Association, said that although Malaysia also celebrates the Mid-Autumn Festival, its mooncakes differ from those in Taiwan. Additionally, she said that Taiwan's unique barbecue culture has allowed him to make many "grill friends" and experience the customs of different countries.

On the congratulatory card, the Global Office wrote that all students are a part of YZU Family, which means that the Global AFfairs Office views them as family members. Welcome everyone to celebrate the festive season with us!
