Responsibilities and obligations

1. The exchange period must be adhered to and cannot be changed without the school's permission.

2. A student may not suspend his or her studies during the exchange period, drop out of school, or give up his or her studies arbitrarily and return halfway through the exchange period. A student who wishes to return to Yuan Ze University before the end of the exchange period must obtain permission from both universities.

3. During the exchange program, you must remain in contact with the recommending unit, and you must not commit any acts that would harm the reputations of both schools. If any of these conditions are violated, you will be dismissed in accordance with the school's policies.

4. Please upload the local emergency contacts within one week of your arrival at the host school.

5. A final report with photographs and experience-sharing briefings must be submitted at the end of the exchange.

6. There will be an exchange sharing meeting next semester (March/October), and a 10-15 minute briefing on the exchange experience is required.

1. 1. Participate in the exchange student program announced by the Global Affairs Office.
      

   2. Prepare applications for mainland exchange schools and the YZU application form.
      

   3. Make sure you submit your application to the Global Affairs Office on time.
      

   4. Global Affairs Office sends application materials to mainland China host universities.
      

   5. Wait for the mainland China host universities to send admission notices
