What Do ELTAs Do?
Discover the ELTA program, where you'll team up with elementary and junior high school teachers alongside skilled advisors from English Resource Centers. In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of inspiring English Summer/Winter Camps, providing invaluable assistance in thematic lessons, being an engaging English conversation partner, coaching students for exciting English competitions, overseeing club activities, and working closely with experienced educators to create exceptional lessons. 
Furthermore, our program offers a competitive hourly pay rate, along with subsidies for public transport, making your commute to and from school more convenient and cost-effective, while ensuring that your dedication and efforts are duly recognized.
