Global Affairs Office of YZU conducted four international online lectures from July 13th to July 15th, 2022, running from 14:00 to 16:30 every day (1.5 hours of lectures, 0.5 hours of QA time, and 0.5 hours of group discussion).
About 8-10 places are available for each school, and 60 online participants are scheduled.
Final applicants include 9 students from Shenzhen University, 15 students from Guizhou Normal University, 3 students from Lanzhou Jiaotong University, 2 students from Guizhou University, 7 students from Dalian University of Technology, 16 students and 1 teacher from Xingyi Normal University for Nationalities, 17 students from Quanzhou Normal University, and Central China Normal University.
This event is intended to promote academic exchanges between sister schools and reflects YZU's professionalism in teaching.
The content of the activity is based on the book "Infinite Game," which discusses self-awareness, roles in a team, the mindset of an infinite game when faced with stress and emotions, and adjustment and learning when faced with stress.
The course takes the form of a "lecture and camp", and the topic is based on a book. After listening to the lecture, students need to discuss the book in groups and report within one week.
Global Affairs Office will continue to host similar online activities in the future where the benefits of camps and lectures can be incorporated into workshops. Further, there will be discussion classes and sharing groups after the course.
