This winter, the Global Student Association (GSA) and the Global Affairs Office (GAO) invite you to an enchanting evening where starlight meets imagination. Building 7 will transform into a realm of light and mystery — a night of elegance, wonder, and festive spirit. Come with friends or find kindred spirits under the stars!

•     Date: Friday, December 5, 2025

•     Time: Sign-in counter opens 18:30

•     Venue: 1F, Building 7, YZU Campus

•     Dress Code: Formal attire with a touch of celestial elegance (Black / Navy Blue / Gold / White)

Fees & Timeline

•     Registration Fee: NT$300 per person

•     Early Bird (Limited Slots): NT$200

•     Registration Period: Nov 12 – Nov 26 (23:59)

•     Payment Window: Nov 25 – Dec 2, 12:00 noon (Please note that the payment starting date has been adjusted to November 25 from the previously announced date)

Important:

•     Early bird eligibility is determined strictly by payment time within the payment window (starting Nov 25). Once the limited early bird quota is filled, subsequent payments will be charged at NT$300—even if you registered earlier. Please plan accordingly.

•     Payments should be made at the Global Affairs Office (Room 70208) to Ms. Maureen during the office hours from 09:00am-12.00noon AND 01:00pm-05:00pm
