As part of Yuan Ze University’s 37th Anniversary Celebration, the Office of Global Affairs presents the Reel Youth Film Festival — a cinematic journey exploring youth and growth across cultures.

This year’s festival features films from Thailand, Malaysia, India, Japan, France, and the United States, showcasing stories of young people navigating dreams, challenges, identity, and transformation. Through diverse cultural perspectives, we invite students and guests to experience youth beyond borders.

Screening Dates: March 9–14 (Mon, Tue, Thu–Sat)
Weekday Screenings: Daily at 17:10
Special Anniversary Screening (Sat): 09:30 AM

**Who can apply for the scholarship? 誰可以申請華語獎學金

1.      Foreign students who have passed the TOCFL before 3^rd grade of the bachelor’s degree, 1^st grade of Master’s degree and 2^nd grade of Doctor’s degree can apply for the scholarship.

外籍學位生於大學三年級、碩士一年級以及博士二年級之前參加TOCFL成績符合補助標準者。

2.      The application will be accepted only if the certificate issuance date is between May 15 2025 and May 15 2026 (The certificate obtained before entering Yuan Ze University will NOT be accepted.)

成績證書發放日期須在2025.5.15至2026.5.15之間。 (於入學之前取得之證書不予受理)

3.      Each student can apply for TOCFL scholarship only for once.

1. Put your bank account on Portal

請修改Portal上的銀行資訊

2. Upload the TOCFL certificate to 'Language Certificate' on Portal

請上傳TOCFL證書到Portal上的「語言證照」

3.Submit the TOCFL certificate, score report and the student card to Global Affairs Office (R70207) BEFORE May 15 2026.

於2026年五月十五日前繳交TOCFL證書、成績單正本以及學生證至全球事務處(R70207)
